It can be configured in multiple ways and transformed for creative exhibitions and can be divided into 2 separate chambers to conduct 2 sessions simultaneously.

Cost proposals will be clear, with no hidden extras
Courtesy call will be made prior to event , to review final details & confirm name of contact on the day
A dedicated Coordinator will meet the organizer/sponsor to check the details each day provide support during the event & debrief at the end of each day
Event room will be set up as requested and ready at least 1 hour before the agreed start time
All audio-visual equipment will be checked & in working order
WiFi is complimentary in public areas & Meeting Room & Conference Room
Business concierge and dedicated services are available
Priority reserved car parking for the organizer/sponsor/ faculty/ delegates/ Valet service
Invoice will be available for sign off at the end of each day by the authorized person, if required.
Satisfaction courtesy call will be made the day following the event.
The invoice for the event will be sent no later than 3 working days after the event, clearly detailing the breakdown of charges
